1,Lost or Damaged
If the package or goods has any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped standard size dresses.
First: Please take photos about the problem after receiving the parcel, photos proving the quality problem are necessary.
Second: Please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date and provide evidence of damage or loss so that we can help you verify and file a claim with the courier company.
We then work with you to determine the timing of the desired item. If you still need the item and have time to wait for a new item to be sent out, we will arrange production first and send the fastest courier. If you are pressed for time and cannot wait for the new item to be sent out, we will request a refund immediately and give you a discount on your next purchase as a small token of our appreciation for you, even if the failure is due to a force majeure courier.
2, For the dresses, we couldn't accept return if we make correct dress, because our dresses are all made by handemade by order and picture, that means all the dresses are customized, also there are too many lace fabrics on the market, sometimes there is a shortage or not in production, so we will choose the most similar lace production, just contact us if you want to make sure the lace fabric or colors, so please knowplease note this policy, because even you returned, we can't sell them again in the future, we hope that each customer receives the clothes are new made.
3, But if the dress couldn;t fit well, we can alter it for free, please contact with us within 2 dayss after delivery date (take photos about the problem). we do not accept returned or change items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. you can contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org , after we accept alter, and you need send it back within 2 days, and tell us the tracking number.
If you need alter, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees back(send it out and send to you again) including but not limited to, the cost to ship back and any shipping materials cost. Therefore, we friendly recommend you to return all unwanted items at one time if there are 2 or more products.
Of course if there is a problem with the size due to our fault, you can choose to alter it locally or return it for alteration, and we will cover these costs.
If there are no quality problems, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us, but we offer free alternation.

2, We will remake one and send it as soon as possible, the first dress need to send back.
4, Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
5, Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
