Please take photos about the problems and contact with us within 2 days after the delivery date (according to the delivery date on the tracking record) if you have any problems about the goods.
1,Lost or Damaged
If the package or goods has any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped standard size dresses. Pictures to prove the quality problems are required. and you need to notify and provide evidence of damage or loss within 24h after delivery date, so that we can help you check with the courier company and file a claim.
2, For all the dresses, we couldn't accept return if we make correct goods, because our dresses are all made by handemade by order and picture, that means all the dresses are customized, please note this policy, because even they returned, we can't sell them again in the future, we hope that each customer receives the clothes are new made.
3, But if you need any alter, we can alter it for free,but please contact with us within 2 dayss after delivery date. we do not accept returned or change items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. you can contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org , after we accept alter, and you need send it back within 2 days, and tell us the tracking number.
If you need alter, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees back(send it out and send to you again) including but not limited to, the cost to ship back and any shipping materials cost. Therefore, we friendly recommend you to return all unwanted items at one time if there are 2 or more products.
4, Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
5, Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
6, Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional box for shipping transit. Damage to the shoe box makes shoes ineligible for return. If received damaged, shoes will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.
7,Original shipping is non-refundable.
If there are quality problems, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us, but we offer free alternation.
